Purpose:
To establish a policy defining the distribution of promotional items.
Kneehill County believes that it is beneficial for the promotion of the County to distribute promotional items in
controlled quantities.
Policv Guidelines:
Kneehill County believes that it is beneficial for the promotion of the County to distribute promotional items in
controlled quantities.
1.1. County Council shall establish an annual budget for Promotional Items.
1.2. County Council-and Administration shall use discretion in the distribution of Promotional Items.
1.3. Less expensive items such as pins, pens,etc. can be freely donated by Councillors and Administrative
Staff. However, items valued at over$200.00 require CAO (or designate) approval prior to
distribution.
