Purpose
To establish the compensation payable for gravel stock pile leases within Kneehill County.
Policv Guidelines:
1. The compensation payable for a gravel stock pile lease is$600.00 per acre with a minimum payable
amount of one acre.
2. When the lease is cancelled and site reclaimed the County shall pay$600.00 per acre as general land
damages, with the minimal payable being$600.00.
II 3. Upon expiry, any Leases that are renewed will be updated in accordance with this policy.
