A Bylaw of the Municipal District of Kneehill No. 48
to adopt the Three Hills Creek Area Structure Plan,
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 64 of the Planning Act 1980, as amended, Council may by
pass law ass in accordance with Part 6 of the Act, a plan known as the Three Hills
Y
Creek Area Structure Plan,
NOW THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF
KNEEHILL NO. 48 IN THE PROVINCE OF ALBERTA, DULY ASSEMBLED ENACTS
AS FOLLOWS:
1. This may law be cited as "The Three Hills Creek Area Structure Plan", and a copy of
Bylaw y
the said plan is attached hereto and forms part of this Bylaw.
2. The Council adopts as the plan area those lands contained in the Three Hills Creek Area
Structure Plan study area.
3. The Three Hills Creek Area Structure Plan text and figure as contained in Section 3 of
the document attached to and forming part of this Bylaw is hereby adopted.
4. This Bylaw shall take effect as of the date of the final reading thereof.
