CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY MINUTES 2.0 Minutes 2.1 Reeular Council Meeting Minutes of March 28, 2023 129/23 Deputy Reeve King moved approval of the March 28, 2023 Council Meeting minutes as presented. CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY COUNCIL MINUTES OF APRIL 11, 2023 INFRASTRUCTURE 4.0 Infrastructure- RoadsBridges[Water/Wastewater/Environment 4.1 Three Hills Cruise - Water Truck Request 130123 Councillor Cunningham moved that Council approve the use of the Toolcat, water truck and operator, and supply water to fill barricades for the 2023 Three Hills Cruise Weekend races. CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY 4.2_Policy Review — 9.7 - Planting of Trees in Hamlet Boulevards 131123 Councillor Christie moved that Council approves the amendments to Policy 9.7 - Planting of Trees in Hamlet Boulevards as presented. CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY 4.3 Dust Suppression Rates - 2023 132/23 Councillor McGhee moved that Council approve the Dust Suppression rates as presented. CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY 133123 Deputy Reeve King moved that Council direct staff to amend the Master Rates Bylaw to include these rates. NEW BUSINESS 7.0 New and Unfinished Business 7.1 Bylaw 91880- Repeal of Obsolete Bylaws 134/23 Councillor Penner moved that Council provide first reading to Bylaw 1880 that being a bylaw to repeal obsolete, redundant, and outdated bylaws. CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY 135123 Councillor Christie moved that Council provide second reading to Bylaw 1880. CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY 136123 Councillor McGhee moved that Council provide unanimous consent for third and final reading to Bylaw 1880. CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY 137I23 Deputy Reeve King moved that Council provide thud and final reading to Bylaw 1880. CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY 7.2 2023 Parade Season 138123 Councillor Cunningham moved that Council receive for information the 2023 Parade Season report. CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY 2 ' Initials COUNCIL MINUTES OF APRIL 11, 2023 7.3 Ratepaver Evenings 139123 Councillor McGhee moved that Council approves to host Ratepayer Evenings in Wimborne and Swalwell in 2023. CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY COUNCIL REPORTS 9.0 Council and Committee Reports 9.1 Marigold Library- Councillor McGhee is requesting someone to represent Kneehill County at the April 22nd AGM as she cannot attend. 140/23 Deputy Reeve King moved that Council receive the Council and Committee reports for information, as presented. 10", 71"010/Mr•1051611jyA•1 COUNCIL ACT LIST 10.0 Council Follow -Up Action List 141123 Councillor Christie moved that Council receive for information the Council Follow -Up Action List as presented. CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY The Chair called for a recess at 9:30 a.m. and called the meeting back to order at 11:00 a.m. with all previously mentioned members present. APPOINTMENTS 3.0 Appointments 3.1 Accurate Assessment, Troy Birtles and Kris Meadows Troy Birtles, Sean Barrett, Ray Fortier and Kris Meadows presented Council information regarding Kneehill County's Assessment. DISPOSITION OF 8.0 Disposition of Delegation Business & Public Hearing Business DELEGATION BUSINESS 8.1 Accurate Assessment 142123 ADJOURNMENT Councillor Cunningham moved that Council receive for information the Accurate Assessment presentation.
