IGT 1
A ' -Law to authorize the Cour_ 1 of the Municipal
District of Kneehill No. 48 to provide a Water Supply
and_Distribution-System-for-the-Hamlet-of_Linden_____..
WHEREAS, it is deemed expedient to construct a water
d distribution system for the Hamlet of Linden; and
WHEREAS, plans, specifications and estimates for such
been made by Haddin, Davis and Brown, professional
of Calgar9101580;
, Alberta, whereby the total cost of the

WHEREAS, the said indebtedness is to be repaid over

WHEREAS, the proposed water supply and distribution

WHEREAS, it is estimated that an annual revenue of

NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF
No. 48, tmder authority of Section 320 of The Municipal
Act, and Sections 356, 396 and 399 of The Town and Villa
enacts as follows:
1. The Council is hereby authorized and empowered to
