BYLAW NO 1711
AGRICULTURAL FIELDMAN BYLAW
A BYLAW OF KNEEHILL COUNTY, IN THE PROVINCE OF ALBERTA, TO APPOINT THE
AGRICULTURAL FIELDMAN AS DESIGNATED OFFICER
WHEREAS, Section 12 of the Agricultural Service Board Act., R.S.A. 1980 and amendments
thereto requires that the Agricultural Fieldman shall act as a Designated Officer; and
WHEREAS, Section 210 of the Municipal Government Act. R.S.A. 2000 and amendments thereto
outlines the appointment of Designated Officers,
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of Kneehill County, duly assembled, enacts as follows:
That Bowen Clausen, Agricultural Fieldman, be appointed as a Designated Officer
of Kneehill County.
That Bowen Clausen, as Designated Officer shall carry out functions, duties and
powers of Kneehill County under any Act relating to agriculture, implement
projects respecting agriculture agreed on between the Council of Kneehill
County and the Minister of Agriculture and Forestry and execute all other duties
as delegated by the Chief Administrative Officer or designate.
That Bylaw # 1390 and Bylaw #1420 be repealed.
4. This Bylaw shall come into force and effect upon the final passing thereof.

UNANMIOUS permission for third reading given in Council on the 10th day of May, 2016.
READ a third time and final time of this 10th day of May 2016.
