will not be able to fence across the road allowance.

Bruce Sommerville, Ag Fieldman, has investigated a complaint by Vernon court regarding the weeds and �
grass around a trailer And has advised that as noxious weeds are not a factor he cannot control this 1%
situation under the weed act. He noted, however, that the tall grass does present a fire hazard This property
is up on tax notification and will come up for tax sale in October 2001

Will be able to further deal with this concern when the new Fire Bylaw is in place

Mr Court in County office on Aug 20/01 and expressed concern regarding the safety and fire hazard at the
old garage in Swalwell. Children playing in the building — could cause fire and he requested that the
Council ensure the property is cleaned up This property went to tax sale in 1994 and was not sold. d y

gravel to his place Mrs Sawyer called and feels there was a misunderstanding she wanted the access road YYY

Blade grade and gravel as time permits during the next construction season
Development must begin prior too.

Requested the gravelling or a blade grade of range road 25 3 from township road 30.0 north 1 mile to site
of new mobile home and yard site
Road Committee Recommends.
Blade grade and gravel in 2002 as time permits from 30.0 north on 25.3 to the
approach at the yard site.
8 NNW 21 -31 25 -W4 TRANS CANADA PIPELINE
Wants to move their existing approach approx 200 feet to the west —just on the west side of the school bus
stop ahead sign This site does not meet distance requirements so they requested that road committee look
at it
Road Committee Recommends
Trans Canada Pipeline to go ahead with constructing the approach, maintaining the
County standards

on an east -west road near the old Hanger place as a couple of his family and a neighbor have been close to
getting `smacked' there
Road Committee Recommends Stop signed to be placed on the corner of R. Rd 24.1
and Twp. Rd. 32.1 on corner going east.
