Marylea Lowen,Otto Hoff Lonnie McCook 1 Braconmer Project- S of 28,27 26,25 31 23 W4 and S of 30,29 -31 22 W4 Road committee toured the fob site to address safety concerns Road Committee recommends guard rail be placed on the banks in two spots along the creek preventing vehicles entering the creek. 2 Secondary 582 From the Rural school corner to the west County boundary - �-zg rytO Road Committee recommends to write off 15 miles of final pave. 6V 3 N W 11 29 26 W4 Road Concern This is a grassed trail The request is to remove the tree from the west side,disc up road and remove �p rocks Price trucks haul silage down it and create ruts Road Committee recommends nothing be done with this road at this time 4 Torrington Streets Mr McCook addressed the concerns and priority of the streets Questions on asphalt verses chip seal WD and water /sewer lines were asked 1) Ir Road Committee recommends streets running north /south should be asphalt and streets running p east/west should be chipped Water and sewer lines should be addressed before any surfacing is done The majority of the housing is on the north /south streets Mr McCook is to get with Torch to address concerns on 1st ave and come up with an estimate to regrade and pave with the 805 contract. Medmg Project The committee toured the site and looked at the old bridge /cattle pass on road diversion going into 1 Donald Stevenson's A 1200 m culvert will replace this structure The committee addressed the J m r i land agreement that is above policy with regards to tree compensation. a,Qi Road Committee recommends Mr Wagstaff be horse whipped and if there is any compensation to be paid it come out of his pocket for putting this in an agreement. Magnuson Road S of 9 -34 -22 W4 and W of 3 34 -22 W4 — The committee drove, the dirt road to the end of the Tetz/Haller land and looked at the undeveloped j k�. olwavi l road allowance and the area Mr Magnuson has been traveling on private land.
