The neat area to work on is wet with possible springs and now, isn't the time to open these up on the road. The dirt should all be in on the Agpro road. The plan was to gaall the fill in now and clean up as much as possible so SAP come spring time all they have to do is prep the road top, regravel trim the slopes, rip the borrow areas and recover This oNi should be of no concern to the truck traffic that will be using the grade 3 I think we have the Torrington tower under control now We have had over flow problems due to the probes freezing in the tank. A stock tank heater should take care of the problem. 4 The Huxley water sample came up unsatisfactory the last test It was pinpointed that the test was done on line that goes to the coin operated water discharge and it has been not used in months The problem should be under control now 5 The gravel crew is finishing up graveling the blade grade down at Hesketh and will finish up the road crew and then start stock pilling 6 We won't be starting any new dirt projects now with the graders The frost is in the ground enough to do damage to the blades and machines. 7 We have had the radio boys out looking at our systems and seeing what our problems could be, and are I'll have more information for you shortley 8 I have compiled a quick summary of the Torrington infrastructure assessment for council to look at. 9 Bridge file #1876 Esau bridge we have received authorization to go ahead and replace timbers under P T bearings.Pn2o The authorization is for 25,000 the complete cost estimate is for 34,000 and change Could I get a motion from M141 Idu Council to go ahead with Torch. and get a tender document sent out for this work.
