ERIC JANZEN APPROACH REQUEST NE 20 -30 25 -W4 (Lot 1, Plan 9511447) Upon inspection it was noted that the approach had already been installed without consent This particular road is a dead end The site distance appeared to be approximately 320 feet The required distance according to policy is 600 feet Mr Janzen was at the site and the approach problem was discussed with him Road Committee recommend that the approach be approved on a year to year basis until the Village of Linden develops this area further and that Mr Janzen accept any liability should something happen due to the poor site distance. Road Committee further recommend a letter be written to the Village of Linden asking them to ensure that future subdivisions within their boundaries not be approved until access involving MD roads has received MD approval In this particular case the MD will allow permission for the approach on the yearly basis but expect the Village of Linden to provide access in the future when further development occurs, at which time yearly approval of this approach will be denied 6.
