TRANSPORTATIONAND UTILITIES
DECEMBER 8, 1997
1 The gravel crew is stock piling from McNair pit and are running 9 HR days
2 The dirt machines are done at Garson pit and are in the yard now All the part time
people have been laid off except for one who is running the division #3 grader
3 The boys have made 2 new cells in the Linden dump
4 I've talked to a couple local building sales people and they are in the process of
sending me information on the types of buildings they offer
5 The utility boys along with some help have decked 3 bridges, done 34 inspections and S,,,,,
winterized fire hydrants in Huxley, Equity and Swalwell
6 Would like a Transportation committee meeting before Christmas to clean up a littleP
work up on roads and also if time to go over the Safety audit
