ROAD COMMITTEE - WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 25TH, 1996
The Road Committee of the M.D of Kneehill met on Wednesday September 25th, 1996
commencing at 8 55 a.m
The following were present
Rick Vickery Councillor Division #6
Bob Boake Councillor Division #3 10.00 a.m
Lonnie McCook Public Works Superintendent
Lisa Paget Recorded the Minutes
The following roads /requests were inspected
1 BLADE GRADE West of 18 -30 -26 4
A blade grade and first time gravel has been done for Trev Hannah at the above noted
location His residence is not in the M.D of Kneehill but the road is our responsibility

Road Committee recommend this 1/2 mile project be written off
2. LINDEN TRANSFER SITE
The Road Committee Mr Jeffery Mrs Lowen, Don Henry Paul Ehmann and members
from the Village of Linden and Village of Acme councils met at the Linden Transfer site
and discussed the location and number of rubble pit cells which could be constructed at
the existing transfer site location It was generally agreed there would be room for 2 3
rubble pits to the west of the existing rubble pit
3 BEV HANSES BLADE GRADE - WEST OF 25- 29 -24 -4
Road Committee inspected a blade grade and first time gravel which has been completed
at the above location. 1/z mile project
Road Committee recommend okay to write off.
4. CHARLEBOIS - ANNUAL ROAD RENT N.E. 24- 29 -23 -4
The 3 year lease for road rent at the above noted location is coring due Road
Committee inspected and note the road is still being used
Road Committee recommend the M.D continue to pay the lease
5. HESKETH - STREET PAVING AND DEVELOPMENT
The paving of the streets in Hesketh has been completed and they all look good The road
into B G Naylors Pt ME 12 29 22 -4 was inspected The road is on a natural water
course and in the spWig and winter it gets in very bad shape The Road Committee
traveled along the G.W line which has been taken out, to see how far and how close it
would go to Naylors to see if a better access could be obtained

Road Committee recommend after traveling the abandoned -G.W: line, the M.D.
check with t to see what could be done with the line and look at the possibility of
installing a culvert along the line to make it passable (z-,,,.,, Lw ✓cisG�� �o >��
6. WEST DRUM ENERGY WEST OF 27- 29 -21 -4 1 1/a to 1 1/z miles
A request has been received from West Drum Energy for the M.D to have first time
gravel on the above noted location The road would first have to be bladed and then
gravel applied

Road Committee recommend the gravel crew place screenings at the above noted
location at the M.D 's expense, as time permits
7 JACOBSON WEST OF 11 -31 22 4
A request has been received from Carmen Jacobson for the M.D to erect children playing
signs on the road between the two residences Road Committee inspected the site
Road Committee recommend permission be given to Mrs Jacobson to erect children"
playing signs at her expense and any signs erected must meet M.D regulations
8. PAINTER PROJECT WEST OF 5 & 8 34 -22 -4 2.8KM
Road Committee inspected the Painter Project which was a 2.8km rebuild All fencing has
been done as well as the rocks have been picked
Road Committee recommend this project be written off
9. RADOMSKE PROJECT WEST OF 17 & 20- 34 -24 -4 2.0 MILES
Road Committee inspected the Radomske Project which was a 2.0 mile rebuild Road
Committee noted there is still some fencing work to be done and some telephone mounds
to be dealt with.
Road Committee recommend this project be written off
Road Committee adjourned at 4.10 p.m.
