Mr Bert Dyck, has locked the gate to the private road and is denying Mr Stewart access,
Mr Steward has cattle on this land and no means to access the land Mr McCook reviewed
options for accessing the land It was noted there is an old road diversion running through
section 16 north of the creek, which abuts Mr Dyck's private road in the NE 16 Mr
McCook advised he had inspected the site with Mr Steward and discussed options Mr
Dyck has apparently fenced the south side of this old road diversion It was agreed the easiest
option would be to obtain a key for the gate on Mr Dyck's private road as other alternatives
