2. LOWEN ACCESS TO N W 14 29 21 4
Mr Bill Budenski has advised he is willing to provide access to this parcel of land through
his land Possible access was looked at at S.E 15 29 21 4 It was agreed it would be
impossible to put a blade here due to the hills Once you started cutting the hills they
could all come down Another possible access was looked at on Mr Budenski s land
where there is a grass draw going to the top of the hills It was agreed that putting a blade
through here would also be very difficult Mr Vickery suggested that possibly Mr Jeffery
could check with Barry Sjolie, M.D lawyer, to see if it is legal to keep someone from
accessing their property Also maybe the M.D should not get involved in this dispute
and let the two people fight it out amongst themselves Mr McCook suggested that there
is a water run at the top and possibly access could be gained along that. Mr McCook will
check into who owns the land on either side of the water run, whether it be Crown Land
or the actual land owner owns it The road committee then travelled through the well
access road by Otto Braaz's and then to an access road at 4 26 29 21 4 to see if access
could be gained from these existing roads
See. P 3 of Il') „uYfFi

fight distance there would be As the road is now no matter where he put the approach it
ould still be on a curve There was discussion about installing the approach along the
