CAPITAL COMMITTEE MEETING - JANUARY 19th, 1996
The Capital Committee of Jim Hanger, Glen Wagstaff, Rick
Vickery and Lonnie McCook met on January 19th, 1996 at 1.00
P M
The capital list for 1996 was presented and discussed,
including the purchase of three buggies for $678,759.00.
Deep concerns were expressed by Mr Hanger about spending
this kind of money just because we have it in the bank
Mr Hanger and Mr Wagstaff felt the 1991 units are just
five years old and could not justify trading these units.
Mr Vickery stated his point, that saving $500,000 00 now,
compared to spending it when the machine life is up, is a
good deal
After further discussion on how much reserve we shoiuld
have and other topics, Mr Hanger and Mr Wagstaff agreed
that one 627 should be purchased and the 1988 627 traded in
A consensus was agreed upon that the remaining capital
items on this -- -List should be presented to Council
