2 SR 837 seal coat project proceeding Bids to be in by
September 8th, 1993
3. Paget approach project authorized by Province.
4 Authorized hi hoe to do some ditch cleaning work for
Almer Weisenburger - extension of the Landymore drainage
ditch His land NE 27- 32 -26 -4 was involved in original
project Hi Hoe was completing work on the Landymore
land and work will be done while machine is there

ROAD COMMITTEE MINUTES AUGUST 25th 1993
The Road Committee of Otto Hoff, Richard Vickery, Bud
Haskell and Lonnie McCook had a meeting on Wednesday,
August 25th, 1993 Councillor Hanger was present for the
first two hours.
The following projects were reviewed
1 Meston Culvert - NE 23- 31 -23 -4 - Okay to write off
Culvert project only - grader needs to grade borrow pit
area and grass to be seeded.
2 Ralph Beeton Fence Project - Lonnie discussed with
Ralph Ralph advised he would take out the fence by
freeze up or if it is not then we can go ahead and
take it out
3 Linden West Base Course and Pavement - 2 miles
Okay to write off
4 G Neufeld Blade Grade - WSW 16- 20 -25 -4 - 1 /10th of a
mile Okay to write off. Grass to be seeded in
ditches
5 SB 90 Project - Grainger - Okay to write off.
From tracks going south past An en Beckers rip up and
lay back down
6 Ziegler Culvert SE 30- 28 -22 -4 Okay to write off
May require more gravel
7 SB 90 Orkney View Point - Okay to write off
8 Linden Nursing Home Road - Okay to write off - 2
miles Construction only
Robin Arthur to put pins back at Edward Dooley

in 24 inch pipe south of 18 inch culvert Leave
18' culvert in place and widen ditch further south to
stop water going on road
2 Eunice Schultz - Recommend remove caragana back to
fir trees Some trees further south in ditch to be
removed See Jim Hanger prior to removal
3 Opinac 16- 18- 32 -22 -4 Culvert plugged in approach
and water going over M D road - Who is to fix?

into ditch and corners at intersections to be fixed

5 Alton Parker NE 2- 31 -24 -4 approved approximately
half a mile of fencing in lieu of borrow pit
6. McKibbon SE 10- 31 -24 -4 and N.E. 3- 31 -24 -4
Approved fencing as necessary and tree agreement
and berm through coulee for fence
7 Peter Rosgen - NE 33- 30 -24 -4 and N.W. 34- 30 -24 -4
Approved agreement re special blend of seed and
Peter Rosgen agreed by phone (8 38 A M Aug 27
1993) to strike out transfer of road allowance
as condition of agreement
8. Linden Rubble Pit - more cells can be made to the
west and to the north when gravel stockpile removed
9. Acme Grader Shop - Paving 63 feet wide by 59 feet
long
10. Aloys Muchka - Dust control - see letter from council
11 N E 8- 29 -23 -4 - recommend yield sign to north and
yield ahead sign
12 SR 836 - stockpile will have to be recrushed.
