Reviewed Blackie Pit haul road access and recommend we continue to use Ken Lowen Land - through his garden and remove trees as necessary We have paid him for access and see no reason to pay another party for different access Also Ken is agreeable to us going through his garden etc Note This recommendation with discussed with Oris, Otto and J. Finlay Code as Oris felt it was too close to Ken's house and would create more problems with Ken - i e dust, noise, etc. and problems with reclamation of garden area It was agreed as follows. Finlay Code obtained verbal consent from Gordon Taylor and Clarence Colberg (his tenant) that the M D could make use of the access road through his property (Ken Lowen's access road is apparently on Mr Taylor's property). Mr Taylor indicated he would not want any compensation Oris advises the trucks would have to go out around the straw bales on Mr Taylor's property and then swing back onto the access road 1 It was also agreed Oris would have to install a texas gate on C P rail property as Jack Lowen has fenced off the area and has cattle in there Truckers will not stop to open gates The gate will have to be removed when the haul is finished Pl It B 10 11. 12 13 16. 2 ROAD COMMITTEE OCTOBER 9th, 1991 Atlantis 2 -21- 33-24 -4 - Project not complete Tyler James - NE 8- 29 -21 -4 - recommend write another letter to Mr James as work not done Opinac 6- 6- 35 -24 -4 - okay to write off Atlantis 8- 32- 34 -23 -4 - Advise Atlantis that large loose rocks must be picked and area seeded to grass Vetter Bridge needs to be cleaned up - old bridge Advise A G T cut culvert at Dale Cameron - and must be fixed Sailer Agreement N W 8- 34 -23 -4 - fence to be replaced barb wire - Owner to supply 4th wire Fence to be replaced on property line Would like share of gravel from old road and any excess black dirt is to be stockpiled for owner No mention of any electric fence.
