JANUARY 11TH. 1990 The Council Meeting which adjourned until 9 00 A M , January 11th 1990 reconvened at that time with all councillors present John C Jeffery and Oris Rodger were also present for the meeting The Council continued with individual meetings with employees as follows Mr. David Tetz entered the meeting at 9 10 A.M and left the meeting at 10 05 A M Mr Jeffery and Mr Rodger left the meeting at this time 10 05 A M Glen Enzie entered the meeting at this time and left the meeting at 11 15 A M Oris Rodger and J C Jeffery returned to the meeting at this time. Herman Martens entered the meeting at 11 20 A M and left at 11 50 A M The meeting adjourned for dinner at this time - 11 50 A M The meeting reconvened at 1 00 P M Oris Rodger and J. C. Jeffery left the meeting at this time. David Burden entered the meeting at 1 00 P M and left the meeting at 1 30 P M Mr. Jeffery and Mr. Rodger returned to the meeting at this time. Mr Rodger discussed various items with Council at this time Mr Brian Plant and Mr Robert Gundlach entered the meeting at 2 00 P M and left at 2 40 P M Mr. Len Larson entered the meeting at 3 00 P M and left the meeting at 3 30 P M Mr Art Thomas, Ag Fieldman entered the meeting at 3 35 P M and left the meeting at 3 45 P M. Mr. Marz moved council go into camera at this time CARRIED Time 3 45 P M Mr Marz moved council meeting do now resume, the in camera session having been completed. CARRIED Mr. Vickery moved this meeting continue past 5 00 P M CARRIED Mr Marz moved even though Mr Davis' employment with the M D is still in its probation period due to his problems with leadership skills and conflict with fellow employees, Mr Jeffery in consultation with the M D solicitor is directed to prepare a letter for Mr. Davis offering him an employment termination settlement and the opportunity to resign, and failing acceptance of this offer, his employment be terminated as of January 15th, 1990 CARRIED 1 MEETINGS WITH EMPLOYEES DINNER IN CAMERA SESSION CONTINUE PAST 5 00 P M RANDALL DAVIS COUNCIL MEETING THURSDAY, JANUARY 11TH, 1990 Mr Boake moved this meeting do now adjourn.
