The council meeting which adjourned
10th, 1990 reconvened at that time
present
Mr. John Jeffery and Mr Oris Rodge
Individual discussions were held throughout the day with the
various foreman and sub - foremen of the M.D. MEETINGS
WITH FOREMEN
Lonnie McCook entered the meeting at 9 15 A M and left at ETC
9 50 A M
George Rempel entered the meeting at 9 55 A.M. and left at
10 25 A.M.
Randal Davis entered the meeting at 10 30 A M and left at
11 20 A M
Brian Bauman entered the meeting at 11 20 A.M. and left at
11 50 A.M.
The meeting adjourned for dinner at this time - 11 50 A M
The meeting reconvened at 1 00 P.M.
Keith Smith entered the meeting at 1 00 P M and left at
1 50 P M
Myles Maerz entered the meeting at 1 50 P M
Oris Rodger and J C Jeffery left the meeting at this time
Myles Maerz left the meeting at 2 40 P M.
Mr. Rodger and Mr Jeffery re- entered the meeting at this
time
Mrs Wilkinson entered the meeting - 2 45 P M. and the
following items were dealt with by council at this time
Conditions of subdivision imposed on SW 15- 33 -23 -4 SUBDIVISION
isolation of existing farmstead, particularly with regard to P KNIEVEL
dedicating of road widening It was noted the existing SW 15- 33 -23 -4
residence on the proposed subdivision is likely only 9 feet
from the west property line now and taking 16 112 feet of
road widening in that area would not be possible
Mr Marz moved the M D agree to take
widening on the west side of the quar
at the north boundary of the proposed
widening be taken from the south side
section which is adjacent to SR 585

Mrs Wilkinson noted the Town of Three Hills has indicated 1990
the local community center is booking up fast for 1990 XMAS
Christmast events already. PARTY DATE
There was discussion about booking a date for the M D
Christmas party but neither of the two available dates was
suitable
It was agreed council would discuss the matter later and
perhaps look at a different location for the party -'
The a_,quest from the delgation yesterday with regard to WEATHER
weather modification was discussed at length MODIFICATION
Mr. Marz moved the M D not support any application for
funding for Alberta Weather Modification unless a properly

prepared petition requesting a plebisite vote on the matter k�D +�Pr-

Mr. Jeffery noted R Angus will provide
a new (old style)
radiator for
the cat loader at a cost of
$3047 00 but would
RADIATOR
only replace
the seals under warranty and
the warranty on

the seals would
only be good for six months.

They believe
the new radiator will solve
the problem being

experienced.
Cost of a new radiator and
brackets, etc is
$15,000 00
It was agreed
the shop should get prices
from other radiator
suppliers and
a further report given to
council at a laterh
date
Mrs Wilkinson completed her discussions with Council and
left the meeting at 3 55 P M
Mr Dunay entered the meeting at 4 00 P.M and left at 4 10
P M
Mr. Cunningham entered the meeting at 4 15 P M and left at
4 55 P M
Mr Hogg moved this meeting do now adjourn until 9 00 A M ADJOURN
