The council meeting which was adjourned until Friday, June 2nd, 1989 at
9 00 A M reconvened at 9 15 A M.
The following were present for the meeting

Mrs. Jean Wilkinson, Assistant Administrator was present and recorded
the minutes.
Mr Jeffery noted Lyle Gelinas will be superving the paving crew as
Brian Bauman is on holidays for the next two weeks.
Len McCook will be sub - foreman on the main crew.
He also noted Doug Hazelton reported the gravel to be crushed at the
Megli Pit is very good clean gravel and he suggested crushing it to 1
inch instead of 1 1/2 After discussion and noting it would cost
another 20 cents per yard
Mr Boake moved the 30,000 yards of gravel to be crushed at the Megli
Pit be crushed to 1 inch instead of 1 112 at a cost of $1 60 per yard,
subject to inspection of the pit run gravel by Mr. Rodger.

The Council had reviewed various proposed road projects yesterday
Mr Code moved the following local road projects be established
as the road program for construction purposes for the next three
years, with the program to commence in 1990

The order of rotation for the program was discussed but agreed the
roation order would not be decided at this time CURREcf�`'
Mr. Marz noted he wished to have Envirobind put on the rest of the
Schmautz Pit gravel haul road as haA take rt of it off his road

Mr Hastie moved the Road South of 15, 16, & 17 in 32 -26 -4 from SR 805
west be put on the 1990 Envirobind Test Program - Total of 3 miles

It was agreed George Rempel and Oris Rodger should prepare a map of all
the M D gravel haul roads and the need to up -grade these roads be
looked at on an overall M D basis at another meeting of council
The need to establish a standard for blade grade roads was discussed and
Mr Marz moved to table this discussion until the next meeting of
Council.
