CORRECT DRAINAGE PROBLEM AT APPROACH AREA
AGREED WOULD HAVE OUR ASSESSOR LOOK AT AREA AND REVIEW
ASSESSMENT BASE DUE TO CONSTRUCTION
MR BECKER ASKED THE M.D. TO CLARIFY WITH MRS KOSTROSKY HER
POSITION WITH REGARD TO PURCHASE OF ORIGINAL ROAD ALLOWANCE IN
1978 BY HER LATE HUSBAND SHE APPEARS TO BE UNCERTAIN AS TO WHAT
SHE OWNS IN THAT AREA
AGREED TO PAY STORAGE FOR LAND USED FOR CULVERT STORAGE JUST
WEST OF THE BRIDGE - NO PRICE AGREED UPON MR BECKER SUGGESTED
WE GRAVEL GRADE BLADE INTO WATER HOLE AS PRICE CULVERTS ARE
PRACTICALLY ON ROAD ALLOWANCE.
MR BECKER PHONED LATER AND STATED SOMETHING ABOUT TWO
DITCHES AND A DUGOUT.
ADVISED ROBIN ARTHUR TO INCLUDE ENOUGH ROOM TO GET TO CREEKS
FOR REMOVAL OF WATER ON EAST SIDE OF THE BRIDGE AS ROAD
ALLOWANCE
AGREED FIRST SIX MILES ARE OKAY TO WRITE OFF EXCEPT FOR
GRAVEL, CLEAN UP AND CULVERTS TO BE REMOVED AFTER PROJECT
COMPLETION ADVISED BOB KENNEDY TO LOOK AT SIGNING ON PROJECT
