The following projects were inspected I
1 Metzger Project S of 6- 30 -23 -4 - okay to write off i

2 Charlebois Project - West of 24- 29 -23 -4 okay to write off except rock picking I
3 Greni.er Damages - Karl to slope edge of road properly and keep track of time
and Grenier to reseed back to grass (likely no charge for grading) SW 22- 29 -21 -4
4 Accident Location Patrol 1 - test of 15-28 -20 -4 - committee feel situation okay
until have to change location of road

5 Hesketh Project East of 36- 28 -22 -4 Okay to write off except fencing
paid no damages unless approved by Finlay Code - possible 10' x 1584' or
0 36 acres of general crop damage
6 Linden Access to 4806 - met with Will Jack, Sam Megli and Frank Wesseling
agreed M D would issue letter to Linden allowing them to widen existing
north approach as necessary only going 20 feet south and that existing ,
approach into Feed Rite mill be removed

7 K J Smith Project - West of 6- 34 -25 -4 okay to write off - did not pay grass
damages re. brushing I

8 Lagoon SW 5- 34 -24 -4 - Lagoon is located 105 feet from center of road and is
surrounded by chicken wire - what are your wishes

9 Texas Gates SE 35- 34 -23 -4 - by -law 4891 both okay
10 Texas Gate NE 25- 34 -23 -4 - by -law 953 - okay
11 Huxley Hutterites re rock picking - Buffalo Jump Road Used minimum of 6
men, 2 loaders and 1 truck for 4 days agreed we would send cheque for
$2250 00 3 days at $750.00 per day
12 Texas gate SW 9- 34 -22 -4 - by -law 1008 - okay
13 Texas Gates SW 4- 34 -22 -4 - by -law 668 - gates no longer existing
likely should repeal by -law ,
14 Edgar Riep approach Section 5- 34 -22 -4 - agreed Bud Haskell should install approach '
east of existing culvert and west of existing fence - will be staked out by
Edgar for actual location
