The conditions for receiving the grant monies will be as follows-
1 Funds must be expended only on approved projects
2 Funds must not be expended on purchase of food for homecoming projects
3 Funds must be expended by October 31st, 1980, unless an application for
extension of the time limit is received and approved by Council
4 Paid invoices must be submitted by the committees to the Municipal District
Office and a cheque will be issued by the M D immediately unless in the
discretion of the Municipal Administrator further information should be
supplied to the M D prior to payment being made

grant money be published in the Local Paper
