site and discussions held with Mr D Fyten regarding SWALWELL
an easement for access to the lagoon site He also SEWER PROJEC
read a letter received from Underwood, McLellan
regarding the high cost grant which might be avilable
for the project Mr Shea wishes the lagoon site moved
another 1000 feet further south and would require approximately
$10,000 for the lagoon site and the easement
No definite committment was made by Mr Shea, but he was
agreed in principle to the project
Mr Fyten will require payment equal to that which
oil compnaies are presently paying for easements,
which generally appears to be around $500 00 an acre
Underwood, McLellan had included the sum of $2000 00
in the cost estimates for land and easements, so this
would add another $8000 00 to the costs, plus the
cost of moving the line another 1000 feet south
