COUNCIL MEETING SEPTE14BER_12th,_1977 A regulEir meeting of the Council of the M D. of Kneehill #48 was held in the Municipal Office, Three Hills, on Monday, September 12th, 1577, commencing at 9.00 A M. PRESENT Those present for the meeting were, Gilbert A Berdahl Division 1 Clifford W Poole Division 2 Art W Bauer Division 4 Leonard Litz Division 6 Eegina d Campbell Division 7 (Deputy Reeve) (Present until 12.,00 Noon only) Mr Jo In Jeffery, Assistant Secretary- Treasurer was present and Jean W lkinson was present and recorded the minutes Mrs A a Major from the Three fills Capital was present for portiv s of the meeting I'l ✓l Mr Poole as Deputy Reeve took charge of the meeting. Reeve Brown was absent due to the recent death of his sister APPROVAL N'r. Bauer moved approval of the minutes of the meeting of MINUTES 'A August 22nd, 1977 as circulated Carried Mr. JEffery reviewed the financial statement for the month endin August 31st, 1977 It showed a net balance of $31,465 38 Mr C pbell moved approval of the statement as presented Carried. SUNNYSLOPE Mr Jeffery DOUG KAZELTON Mr Doug. Hazelton of Linden Contractors entered the meeting. Mr Litz moved to accept and file this as information Carried COUNCIL MEETING SEPTEMBER 12th, 1977 ADJOURN Mr Ber P 2 Mr Jeffery advised Council that taxes had been levied for 1977 CANC in error on Lot 12 Block 8, in Sunnyslope on the former TAXES improvem nts The old hardware store had been torn down in rj'6 Lot 12 May of 1976 and the assessment on the improvements should have Blk 8 been removed The 1977 levy on improvements amounted to Sunnyslope $56 97 Mr Poole moved that the taxes in the sum of $56 97 be cance led Carried Carried The deci ion of C R P.
