the Dinasour Trail as a secondary road He als mentioned that there is a grant available for heavy indust ialroads where the revenue from a large industrial WOO plant oes to one municipality, and the costs for road mainte ante falls on an adjoining municipality �L' The meeting then adjourned for dinner from 12 00 Noon to 1 °00 P M Mr Alton asked council to consider these matters, and if any special statistics about construction costs comes up which Aight be a factor to consider for the grant distri ution, to forward same to him for consid ration „ and they would then roquest the District ✓' Engine (r to re assess the area Three 4as brief discussion about the Wimborne Cas Plant road but it was noted that the M D receives the revenue from this plant SWALWELL Per Po le asked about the paving for the Swalwell Access Road ACCE�,S ROAD and Mr Alton noted that it will be includinf, in the paving contract along iith the Three Hills West road for next year Mr Poole noted that the entire 34 miles to the railway crossing were constructed to paving standards, the final 4 mile being done at the expense of the M D , and the Council hopes that the government will pave the entire 34 miler rather than stopping at the 3 mile point as indicated on their plans Mr. , Alton stated he would check into this matter, and noted I;e could see no real reason for not brin?a_nR the pavinf;
