The minutes of the previous meeting were briefly reviewed, and Mr
Poole mentioned that there had been no actual cash payment to
Mr. James Baerg for the borrow pit,minor cat work having been done
for him in exchange for the borrow pit
Mr Brown also wished it noted that he attended the A S B. Tour
as a representative of the Municipal District because Mr Reginald
Campb 11, Council Member to the A S B and Mr Neil Hempel,
ratepayer member were not able to attend,and it is for this reason
that e is to be paid for the attendance at the tour
Mr Bauer moved approval of the minutes, subject to the above
noted comment regarding Mr Brown's attendance at the A S B. Tour
and a so a correction to a land description on page 6 with regard
to the Richard 9kytt land donated for roadway - this should read

on Saturday, August 6th, at which the 4 former nuisance ground
sites were sold. He noted approximately 24 people were in

Albert Stickel of Three Hills, the owner of the SE of 32 TAX CA L
31 -25- has requested Council to consider a reduction in 1977 SE 32
taxes levied against the house on his land The house is assessed 31 -25 -4
at $3060 which results in taxes of $288.25
Mr King noted that the house was not taxed in 1976 It was rented
out by Mr Stickel from October 24th, 1976 to April 24th, 1977, V4
but Mr. Stickel is now living at the farm
Mr. Po le moved that this request be tabled until the first meeting
in November, and the matter be considered again at that time

insurance coverage the M D would be willing to enter into
a plan which would provide increased coverage, on the same
basis as previously, that being a 50 -50 sharing of the
