Mr Fergu on gave a report on the Malaka road crossing
He, Mr. P quette and Mr Malaka went to the site There
is no legEl access to the half section in question and
Mr. Malak °s only access is through a neighbor's
field. It, would present a big problem to install the
culvert arid access on the actual road allowance due
to the deep coulee and as there is a deep canyon 2
mile along, the road would not go any further By
going approximately 100 yards up from the road
allowance on private land, and with approximately
3 to 4 hours work with a cat and installation of a
culvert, reasonable access could be given to him
The small crew could do the work and a 30" culvert
would be as it drains a fair amount of
water,Tjeeded,
e landowner wishes the work done
immediately. Mr Ferguson moved that the access
be provided as outlined above.
