Church Div 1 Mr. Art Ba er Div 4 Mr Tom Ferguson Div 5 Mr. Stan S hmelke Div. 6 Mr. Reg Campbell Div 7 The Reeve, Mr. Ralph Brown was not able to be present Mr G G King, Secretary -Treasurer, being on holidays, and Mr. John Jeffery, Assistant Secretary being absent for a portion of the meeting due to illness, Mrs Jean Wilkinson was present to take the minutes Mr Donal Dau of the Three Hills School Division was present during th meeting APPROVAL MINUTES Mr A. H August 2E hurch moved approval of the minutes of the meeting of P 1974, as amended, such amendments being Page 6 Paragraph 11 word "color" change to code Page 5 Paragraph 4 word "spring" change to fall Carried Mr Fergu on gave a report on the Malaka road crossing He, Mr. P quette and Mr Malaka went to the site There is no legEl access to the half section in question and Mr. Malak °s only access is through a neighbor's field. It, would present a big problem to install the culvert arid access on the actual road allowance due to the deep coulee and as there is a deep canyon 2 mile along, the road would not go any further By going approximately 100 yards up from the road allowance on private land, and with approximately 3 to 4 hours work with a cat and installation of a culvert, reasonable access could be given to him The small crew could do the work and a 30" culvert would be as it drains a fair amount of water,Tjeeded, e landowner wishes the work done immediately. Mr Ferguson moved that the access be provided as outlined above. Carried MALAKA CROSSING Mr Poole moved that the Municipal District of C. R. P. C Kneehill #48, has no objoction to the proposed amendment to the Preliminary Regional Plan as requested'by the Municipal District of Foothills #31 under Notice of Motion o:F` August 9th, 1974 Carried Mr Poole gave a brief report with regard to his attendance at the recent C R P. Carried Mr. Ferguson moved that Council authorize issuance of builds g permit for a grain storage and machine shed 40 x 60 x 17 to be located on the SE 189 309 26, 4 - George Hope Carried Mr Campb ll moved that the Notice of Public Rate PUBLIC RATE HEARING Hearing from the Public Utilities Board in connection with a rate increase for Plains Western Gas & Electric Co Ltd , to be held In Edmonton on the 13th f September, 1974 be accepted as information and filed Carried Mr, Alex 4unningham entered the meeting at this time .
