Mr. Harold He6derson, Assessor, met with Council in regard ENTER H.HENDERSON
to his wage rate as from July 1, 1974 He stated that he
has three years of courses and is now in his third year
of experience He recently satisfactorily completed the RE- WAGE RATE
courses taken during the past winter He asked Council
to consider a rate of $10,500,00 per annum Mr. Henderson
left the meeting briefly while Council discussed the matter.
Council tentatively agreed that he be paid $10,500 00 per
annum:. as from July 1, 1974 for the full year or that he
be paid at the rate of 910,000 00 per year from July 1 to
December 31,974 and that he then again negotiate with
Council Mr Henderson was invited back into the meeting
and the proposals were outlined He stated he would prefer
the $10,000 OQ to the End of 1974 and then again meet with
