ENTER CRANSTON & DORN Mr John Reznechenko met with Council Mr., Brown tole_ ENTER J.REZNECHENKO him about the reprieve with the 60 day trial period and clearly pointed out to him the need for improvement REPRIEVE if he is to be kept on as an employee Mr. Reznechenko thanked Counit and left the meeting EXIT J.REZNECHENKO The Foremen then also left the meeting. EXIT FOREMEN Council was advised that the motor grader accident as referred to above has been reported to Jubilee Insurance MOTOR GRADER The damages to the car are estimated at $300 00 There ACCIDENT were no personal injuries or other damages No real blame is attached to anyone The Financial Statement for the month ending February 2$9 FINANCIAL STATE. 1974 was presented and discussed as per copy with the minutes This showed a net balance at the end of February of $463,243.65 Mr Poole moved acceptance of this report Carried Correspondence from the Provincial Planning Board was PROV PLAN.BD read in regard to the following. 1 Date of hearing regarding the Harper sub -division HARPER SUB -DIV. appeal has een changed and will be heard in Drumheller early in Ap it Mr Poole moved that this be accepted as informat on Carried. 2 The Board outlined by letter the reason for requiring a public reserve by Caveat in Grainger This can be PUB.RESERVE further discussed at the Drumheller hearing Mr Church BY CAVEAT IN moved that the Board be asked to hear the Municipal GRAINGER arguments rgarding the Grainger replot when at Drumheller. Poole opposed.
