Central A berta Association of M.D.°s and Counties held EXECUTIVE MEET

A report ated February 12, 1974 from the District Engineer
included road profile and a cost estimate for a proposed
road soutl of Sections 3 and 4-29-23-4o In brief the
report st ted that an estimated quantity of 100,000 cubic
yards of cxcavation would be necessary at approximately
50¢ per c bic yard making the earth quantity alone cost
approximately $50,000 00 There would be additional cost
for fence g, culvert supply and installation, utility
relocatio , and extra right-of-way or other matters Mr.

Mr Poole moved that no bids be accepted for the used
parts, th trailer, the rotary plow or for the Oil
House for which no bid was received Carried
Mr Poole moved that the two truck frames with oil
wagons be sold to Bob's Auto for $250 OOo Carried.
Mr Bauer moved that the T-6 Ford half -ton be sold
to Vernon Haskell for $595 00 Carried
Mr Schme ke moved that the T-7 Fargo 444 -ton be v
sold to K n Leaf for $212 00 Carried

there may have been an original defect
