Developmen permit -Twining Meter Station, at the
91-10-31--4 Mr Cunningham advised that we

the access road. He further stated that vision

that we approve the permit; with a 15" culvert

The Secretary reported that a Mrs Hammel from
Carbon had been in regarding our land agreement
with her of June 1970 The land agreement stated
that we would pay her for the land in the roadway
We paid he for an estimated 5 acres at :41:1$3 00

of July 1972 it stated that we had taken 6,90 acres

The Secretary read a letter from Alberta Power
Ltd regarding proposed power line extensions of
LSD 16-18, 6-20, 16-20 and 16-29-31-24-4 Mr A W
Bauer moved that these extensions be approved

read concerning proposed power line extension on
LSD 16-28-31-24-4 in which they asked us if they
could put the proposed extension 2 feet on the
existing road allowance Mr A t01 Bauer moved
that we approve this application with the condi-
tion that if the road is ever developed the line
will have to be moved at Alberta Power expense
