Church moved to pay E1 on Kober $5 00 per hour for his truck Carried Mr Soder then reported that Mr Elton Kober had rolled the IHC tractor when seeding ditches No damage was done to the tractor or Elton Kob r Mr Soder then asked about winter works pro ects stating he thought new signs could be made,outdoor bathrooms could be built, new camp tables could be built and wood for campfires could be gathered. Mr Soder was advised that the Service Board was to prepare a program and find out what grants were available for park lean -ups and recreation, etc Mr Norman Soler then left the meeting.
