Mr David hipclark, Municipal Administrator,
of the Town of Three Hills met with Council
A letter o July 1$, 1973 from the town was
read in re and to its proposal to relocate
and update the town sewage tre^tacnt facilities
The new proposed location is in the SW -25-31-24-4
A plan of that location was submitted with other
details thereon Mr Shipclark also submitted
a letter from the Department of the Environment
stating th t the project had Provincial approval.
Mr Fergus)n moved the Town of Three Hills be
advised that Council of the M.D . of Kneehill
has no obj ction to the proposed sewage
facilities as outlined subject to all Provincial
Regulation being adhered to Carried.
Mr Shipcl�rk thanked Council and left the
meeting
Copy of the letter from the Chief Bridge
Engineer to the railway transport committee
dated July 12, 1973 was read to Council in
regard to the proposed overhead railway crossing
south of Linden. The Bridge Branch has given
further support to the project. Mr Schmelke
moved that this information be accepted and
filed and a letter of thanks sent to the
Provincial Bridge Branch, Carried

The minutes of the Agricultural Service Board
meeting of July 17 were read and discussed
Mr Ted Paquette, Public Works Superintendenty
came in during the discussion
After discussion, the following motions were
made in regard to the recommendations of the
Agricultural Service Board Meeting.
1. Mr. Ferguson moved that any expense accounts
be considered on their own merits with
details to be supplied to Council for approval
prior to payment Carried
2 Mr Campbell moved that Council approve
the purchase of a mower to be used for
roadside cutting, particularly along surfaced
roads and at intersections to improve vision.

3 Mr. Church moved that a committee of Mr R.G.
Campbell and Mr Norman Soder have authority
to buy a mower Carried
4 Mr, Campbell moved that the proposal of
changing the sprayer so that one man could
operate same be tabled to the next Council

tions of the service board be approved and

Mr Poole moved that the CNR be asked to widen
the planking at the Nesbitt crossing at S -SE -4-
30-24-4 so as to provide a travel width of
30 feet and that Double R Farms of Linden be
advised that this action is taken Carried
