Carried Mr. Bau r moved that a refund of $100 00 be made REFUND DEPOSIT to Mr Jack fuchart in respect to his deposit regarding J BUCHART the Wimborne water system as it appears impractical to take the wat r line to his residence Carried Mr Sch elke reported that the cistern and the buildings arE now almost complete for the Wimborne water system and it was noted that the ditching for the water li es should commence soon The work is being done b Campbell Construction of Red Deer on ' a hourly bass From 11:30 A M until Noon Mr. J C Jeffery, AssQt Sec.- reasurer met with Council and the accounts were reviewed in detail Mr G G. King, Sec - Treasurer, was absent from the meeting during that period only Mr. Poole moved approval of payment of accounts as submitted and as per list with these minutes Carried. Council Meeting adjourned for dinner from 12 05 Noon until 1-00 P M. Mr G. King reported that the Three Hills School Division is likely to lease the Churchill School property to the socie y in that area for a one year term. Mr Braunberger, Dutton and Eskeland had been at our office on June 28th for a discussion of possible taxes and recreation grants and the society may apply for a 1972 ;rant. Carried AUTHORITY Letter cf June 7th from Mr Hugh Bodmer was read in regard to his proposal for A Regional Resources Project This would bE to assist and advise local communities as a follow up cf the work done by the Task Force on urban- ization and the Future Mr Bodmer°s letters requested a grant of $100.00 from each of fifteen communities named thereir Considerable discussion followed Mr Poole moved that this Municipal District agree to participate nd so advise Mr Bodmer on the provision that the oth r communities also agree to participate in Mr Bodme 's proposal. Mr Ferguson had advised it was partly prepared and it would be delivered at our office numerous times but it still had not been received Mr. T A Ferguson moved that Mr C ferguson, Solicitor, be advised that if the Loosmore Agr )ement is not delivered here by July 20th this matter will be referred to another solicitor for action and that the Sec - Treasurer then have authority to refer it to Mr Pat Madden of Drumheller. F rguson, Solicitor had guaranteed payment of $430 50 for arrears on the water account of the Motel east of ThreD Hills but has not paid same He had been given a Withdrawal of Caveat to be registered only when the payment was made The Caveat has been withdrawn Mr. Campbell mov d that action be taken against Mr C Ferguson, So icitor, if the $430 50 is not paid to our office by Ju y 20th Carried.
