showed a net balance at the end of the month of $8,904 58
but with $435 DOO owing on loans. Mr G. King also advised
Council that $145,000. of the said loans have been repaid
in November, mainly from funo.s received for grant under

Mr Ted Paquette, Public Works Superintendent then
met with Cou cil Mr Doug Hazelton of Linden Contractors
then also me with Council Mr Hazelton advised that
they had completed 10,000 cu yds of crushing at Megli?s
and have cleaned out the northwest corner where there was
danger of heavy frost stopping the work. Mr. G King ad-
vised Council this would give a total of 20,000 cu yds.

Mr Bauer, Paquette and King reported that they had
met with the flutteriteb regarding: drainage along the west HUTTERITES RE
side of SW-16--32-26-4 The project appeared practical but DRAINAGE
no help was promised in 1971 A Municipal scraper has been
rented to the Hutterites for use by them in building a dam
This is on a rertai basis of $4 20 per hour Further con-
sideration is to be given to the road in 1972 Mr Ferguson
moved that this report be accepted Carried
Mr Paquette reported that the small bridge used as a BRIDGE RE
cattle pass at A M Stephenson?s in SE- 26- 34 -24 -4 is in STEPHENSONS
poor condition NIr Ferguson moved that the Bridge Branch
be requested to supply a large culvert to replace this

Mr Chur h reported that the bridge just southeast of BRIDGE SE

Ambulance In urance Annual cost through the Municipal Fleet
Policy is 534.00 as compared to the cost of a separate
policy at $929 00 The effect on the general fleet policy
is not known Discussion followed Mr Ferguson moved that

opinions in egard to the Ambulance in respect to the
