Secretary -Tre surer was not present during that discussion Mr. G. G. King was called back into the discussion and review d with Council the following three items 1 Office caretakers - Mr G. King advised Council OFFICE that further time is required for the caretaking CARETAKERS to do a real good ,fob Installation of some carpeting might assist Council agreed that this matter be tabled and the Secretary - Treasurer bring in a recommendation to a later meeting 2 Personal salary of Mr G G King as Secretary- G G KINGQS Treasurer was reviewed and discussed SALARY 3 Salary for Mrs Judy Downe, Stenographer, was discu sed and Secretary -Trer� recommended that J DOWNE°S she b considered as a permanent employee SALARY Mr G King then left the Council chambers and a private di cussion continued briefly Mr. G G King, Secretary- Treasurer, was called back into t.he Council chambers and the official Council meeting redumed Mr Al H Church moved that the following salaries be set for the year 1971 SALARIES G.
