M. Councillors present were Mr A H Church Div 1 Mr Cliff Poole 2 Mr. Ralph W. Brown 3 (Reeve) Mr A W Bauer 4 Mr. T A Ferguson S FRr. S. C. Schmelke 6 (after 11 A M as noted) Mr. Geo Lemay 7 Mr G G King, Sec -Treas , was present and recorded the minutes Mr Poolle moved approval of the minutes of the meeting 14INU "."LES of Dec 1$/70 as per copy which had been mailed to each ADOPTED councillor rarried. Letter of Dec 4th /70 from the Calgary Regional C.R.P.0 Planning Commission was read re the Preliminary Regional PL!iN Plan and the Plan was discussed briefly, Mr. Lemay moved that a representative of the C R P C be invited to meet here with Co cil on Thurs. Jan. 14th /71 commencing at 9.30 t,Pri for a full di cussion of the Preliminary Regional Plan and other Plannin matters, and that this item be tabled until that time C rried. PAr Browa advised that he has a copy of the reports of PLANNIWG four panel me bers on Planning as given to the Fall Conven- REPORTS tign. It was agreed that a copy be prepared for each of our other couacillors Mr. Ferguson moved that Council approve of the proposed subdivision of Lot 1 Elk 1 Plan 4617 F. N. (Ruarkville) SUBDIV. as per plan received from the C R P C Carried. Idr Bauer moved that the budget and requisition of BUDGET the C. R. P. C. be tabled until the meeting on Jan 14/71, Carried Correspo dence and minutes from the Three Hills SCHOOL School Divisi n were referred to briefly. C. be filed Carried MINUTES I4r Pool moved that Council acknowledge the letter H J. CL!,RK of H J Clark acce2ting appointment to the Agricultural A S BD. Service Board and tHat Mr Clark be given adequate notice of the next meeting of that Board. Carried. INSURE:NCI; Mr Lemay move(: that no appraisal be made of Municipal buildings this year, 'gut that the insurance coverage be contents increased 5% on all wuildings as recomiended by Jubilee Insurance for Policy 118 J 060 Carried The repo t of the Hunicipal Inspector dated Dec 1/70 was read and 3riefly discussed Mr Brown expressed INSPECTOR?
