Plan and the Plan was discussed briefly, Mr. Lemay moved
that a representative of the C R P C be invited to meet
here with Co cil on Thurs. Jan. 14th /71 commencing at 9.30 t,Pri

other Plannin matters, and that this item be tabled until

Mr Lemay move(: that no appraisal be made of Municipal
buildings this year, 'gut that the insurance coverage be contents
increased 5% on all wuildings as recomiended by Jubilee

The repo t of the Hunicipal Inspector dated Dec 1/70

Mr Ferguson made the following motion in respect to
hard hats-
1 ; That no charge be made for the old ones that have been
in use by employees
2 That a supply of recommended hard hats be kept at the
Three Hills Shop, that each employee requiring one be
charged the actual cost of same, with payment to be made
to the office
3. That the olicy for liners for the hats be as per
item # 2 abov
