matters pertaining to the Municipal Gravel Pit in the
NE 16- 32 -26 -4. .r Hazelton had come in to see him and
had stated that they could not conveniently be at this
meeting as they are now working in the southern part of
the Province Mr Hazelton had Ziven the following
information in brief
1 Approx 2 years ago this M.D had taken some
gravel from beneath the fence and extending on to the
south si a in property owned by Mr Willard and Mr
Hazelto thought that the amount they took from the
north si e this year would offset that.
2. They have agreed to keep our gate locked at
all times but they state that many farmers who get keys
do not follow this practice
3 He had spo:cen to Joe Dobler about stockpiling
on the nicipal side and Mr Dobler had stated he saw
no objec ion to it.
4 He had talked to Mr T Paquette about the
fence and had arranged with Ted that Linden Contractors
would slope the sides after the frost was out, that Ted
Paquette would supply grader blades for the fencing, and
that Linden Contractors would replace the fence
Discuss i n followed on this last part in particular as
Ted Pa tte had been at previous meetings when this was
