Comm ask Ed that $75 allowance re Allen Koch be discussed
with him on Sat next when he meets the M D Employee Comm
Robert Cranston got a good set of Snap On Tools 3 to 4 mos
ago Comm recommends that he be paid $35. for year 1969.
Patrol Me - are supplied with?-. enough M D tools to
change blades, filters, etc and minor general work - no
payment recommended re tools.

1 Instrument for testing voltage regulars,- etc ($160 - $200
2. Bushi g reamer - Hank Siemens has used one for sale at
app. $125 to $150
3 Brake shoe rivetting machine - $150 to $200

Sandy adv sed that the M D owns 70 motors so it should be
practical to have the above. Comm. appeared agreed
Buildings
�. Butler at 3 Hills - underground wiring to it, wiring
completed doors installed and painted
2 Armco Bldg. at 3 Hills - sewer line settled and caused
damage to toilet, repairs made by Jassman Plumbing.
Roof still leaks - Ted is trying to get in touch with
Ljrle Lindsay re this.
Furniture needed for office at 3 Hills Shop - filing
cabinet, desk, chairs - not necessarily new ones Agreed
that thes be bought if suitable ones located
Safety
Sandy was only M D employee to attend the Safety
Meeting of W C Board in Three Hills Oct. 22nd , reported
that the film was good and good safety information given,
men should be interested to attend on their own time.
Stretcher one additional stretcher needed - to be kept at
the shop, crews have stretchers Recommend buying one.

Comm. agr ed that the better deal would be the one at $175. BUT
Joe Doble suggested that it might be better to trade in
the 1967 for a suitable used truck with air brakes
and neede equipment, extra equipment for the Ford if we
keep it f r this purpose may cost up to $1,000.
The Ford as a motor reconditioned at our Shop, truck
has app 00,000 miles on it Agreed that this be
investigs ed - look around in the City when convenient
Acme Furnace Changes made by Alex. Cunningham who
states it is now O.K Agreed that the gas inspector be
asked to heck this unit and give his report.

One needed for Oris Rodger truck

to keep them up.
