Mr. Peters moved that the Council's policy in respect to nuisance ground agreements with Trochu, Three Hills,Carbon and Acme be re-worded so as to make the intent clear This NUISANCE Municipal District will pay to Trochu, Three Hills, Carbon GROUNDS and Acme in etach year dating from January 1st /69 the sum of $200 00 eachf r free use of the nuisance ground owned and operated by the said centres less charge at regular rental rates for any machine work done by this Municipal District in the nuisan a grounds referred to, Motion Carried. The Sec - Treas. advised Council that taxes had been levied in error on the dwelling on the SE- 28- 29 -26 -4 in the year 1969 This error had been verified by the 1I,ssessor. The tax levied was in the amount of $148.80 on the residence Mr Brown moved that Council approve of the cancellation f the said levy of $148 80 in regard to the residence on ihe SE- 28- 29 -26 -4 Carried. Copy of a letter from the Provincial Department of Public Health to the M D of Starland was read in which it suggested that the M D. of Starland membership of the Drumheller Hospital Board be reduced from two members to one member and that the City of Drumheller membership be increased from one member to two members Mr. Church moved that this M D contact the Municipal District of Starland and offer eug ort to that Municipality if they wish to object to thi$ proposal Carried C.R P C GAS LINES TAX CANCELLATION X DRUM.
