A regular meeting of the Council of the Municipal
District of ineehill was held at the Municipal office,
'Three Hills cn Monday, February 10th, 1969, commencing
at 9.00 ovcl ck a.m.

Mr H J Hanson, Assistant Sec -Treas was present and
recorded the ninutes
Mr Pete s moved that the minutes of the meeting of Jan. APPROVAL
13th, 14th, 2 th and 27th, 1969, be approved as per copy OF
which had beeo mailed to each Councillor. Carried. MINUTES
The Monthly Financial Statement for the month ending
Jan 31st, 196), was presented and discussed This showed a
net balance of $34,078.58 with no loans outstanding Mr
Ferguson moved adoption of the monthly financial statement
as per copy with these minutes Carried
Mr Poole reported that he had discussed with Mr. Allen
Koch the complaints received by Council regarding his use of
the Municipal truck for private use and other items pertaining
to his work at Carbon. He had arranged for Mr Koch to meet
with Council regarding this at 1.00 this afternoon.

The general accounts and Faysheets were then presented
to Council for consideration The account of Canadian
Utilities Ltd in the amount of $1503 17 for resetting five
poles and replacing two poles for additonal clearance was
questioned and the Secretary was instructed to obtain more
detail as to how this amount was arrived at
Mr Church moved that the paysheets and accounts be paid
as per list enclosed with these minutes and with the exception
of the Canadian Utilities Account as mentioned above Carried

Mr. Rainer Keglowitasch met briefly with Council and
stated that Pounder Emulsions Ltd of Saskatoon would do
tests of gravel from various locations in the municipality
to determine suitability of same for paving projects at
no cost to this District Council advised Mr. Keglowitsch
that, at this time, they had not discussed the road program
and /or paving for 1969, and therefore suggested that no such
tests be done just now

some minor tools, bolts and welding rods were purchased for

they have a type of tank which this District is interested
in available at any time in the future

of him not returning to work after lunch until the middle
of the afternoon could ,possibly have been from one day when
