Carried Wage ra es and related matters were discussed at a considerabl length and it was noted that increases granted to the mont ly employees had ranged from a,- prox 7% to 71%. Mr. Fergusoi moved that the following changes be offered by Council- 1 'that' no person be paid for travel time to or from work if he is a member of the gravel crew or the road grading crew or other general labor work 2 That the wage rates of the gravel crew and the pay - loader oper tar be increased 25¢ per hour both surLmer nter and wi 3. Who decides on transfers when transfers are requested?
