Mr Joe Dobler advised that they have been working
from Elvz 's stockpile but that Ted Paquette had asked
that they move to Donaldson's to clear the stockpile out
of the way of the road grading program It was agreed
that this should be done right away
Mr. Dobler asked about taking one more week's holidays J Dobler

summer and has workod for the M D for about 13 years, and
he stated that sufficient men are available now to keep

Mr G.G King, as member of the Committee that had
made a trip to Saskatchewan regarding their surfacing,
read a report of that trip and of its findings It had
been made on August 21st and considerable information
gained regarding upkeep,etc This was discussed at some

Mr Ted Paquette advised that they should finish the
Donaldso -Riep job by the middle of next week and then
would be moving to the south area Some work would be done
in Div 5 as they move through that area, and they would
then head for the east end of the Pope lease
Mr Loosmore mentioned there was some question of
the amount of pay for the Wagner operators that are
helping stockpile gravel at Lowen's as their hours of
work are Hifferant than that of the actual road crew.
They had asked for 11 hours pay Mr Peters moved that
the Counc 1 authorize payment for the Wagner operators
for the actual time on the ,fob less 1/2 hour for dinner

Mr Loosmore mentioned that the bridge south of - -Wm- Br.
Mc -Lea -nls had required repairs. The location is W NW -21- repair -
31 -22 -4 Mr Paquette advised that that bridge had been W /NW- 21 -31-
repaired this past Tuesday 22
Mr Ted Paquette advised that Allen Koch will be in
charge of servicing with an extra helper and that Steve
Goacher is now driving the new Euclid. Other Euclid
operators are Ken Esau and Robert Cranston, but Ken Esau
will be leaving fairly soon to go back to school There
is a shortage of experienced men but he has enough men
with the road crew otherwise.
