Mr D. Dau moved adoption of the minutes of May 17/67 ss
per copy mailed to each member Carried.
Mr D Dau expressed the Boards condolences to Mr G. King
in respect to the recent accidental death of his brother

under certain conditions, and to require that any farm area
must be at least 40 acres. Mr Smith explained that the
present minimum acreage is 20 acres; a study is now underway
of the new proposals

Ap lications for building permits were referred to the
Commission and dealt with as follows'
1 Joe Kubinec - residence in SW- 23- 32 -22 -4 It was noted
that this residence will be within 1X9 100 ft. from the centre
of the road but the road is not on a regular road allowance
and it is a Dead End road serving; this farmer only
Mr And rson moved that the building permit be granted subject
to the unicipal District waiving its requirement of 100 ft

2 Vernon M Haskell - residence on Lot 13 Blk. 5 Three
Hills Sub Plah 7816 FU (Grantville) This complied with
all regulations Mr Baerg moved that the building permit
be eranted. Carried
3 R D Fraser - dwelling on Lot 11 B 5 Three Hills
Sub Plan 7816 F U (Grantville) The existing dwelling is
being put on a foundation and major improvements made, it
complies with regulations. Mr Poole moved that the building
permit be granted Carried.
4. Au ust Gieck - dwelling in 5E- 30- 30 -24 -4 - complies with
all re ulati ons. Mr Schmelke moved that this building permit
be gra ted Carried
4 Jo In Dick - residence and other buildings in SW- 3- 33 -24 -4-
Mr Sc melke moved approval for a permit when a definite
applic tion is received in compliance with regulations.

the meeting This Order gave approval, subject to certain
conditions, of the Application of the 14 D of Kneehill to
acquire additional areas in NE- 36- 31 -24 -4 and amalgamate
titles for a Municipal shop site Mr D. Dau moved that

Tha minutes of the meeting of the Subdivision Comm of
the C. 1. P C dated May 26/67 were read insofar as they
referrel to the Kneehill Coal Co. Ltd. It was noted that
the on final application to subdivide dealt only with the
E-1-13-2)-23-4 and that had been referred to our Comm on
May 17ti at which time a number of questions were raised
The app ication had been revised to deal with the whole
of Sec 13- 29 -23 -4 and had been approved through the C.R.P.C.
without further referral to this Commission.
The request of the Wimborne _alliance Gospel Tabernacle
for tra fer to it of a portion of Crescent Road immediately
xxnexk north of Lots 1 and 2 Block 3 Wimborne was next
considered. The said group wished to build a new church and
wanted part of the road to give more room; they had been
request d by Council to acquire a similar area for road from
the United Church property to the north but it appeared they
had not made any progress in this Council had refused the
request but, on verbal appeal, had agreed to refer it to
this Co r'ssion for comments. Mr Smith advised that, if the
propert3 were acquired from the United Church to compensate
for the road area to be used by the Gospel Church, the
C R P C. could draw a replotting scheme showing the changes in
the Crescent and the way and the extent this affected adjacent
'es The Secretary read Sec. 247 of the Municipal
District Act about procedure in closing a road and xxx said the
minimum tune required would be 6 weeks Mr Schmelke stated
they had redueced their request verbally to 26 ft of the
existing road Mr Poole moved that this be referred back to
Council stating that the Municipal Planning Commission does
not favor giving up a portion of the Crescent Road unless an

It was agreed that the Commission at its next meeting
consider a Preliminary Regional Plan for this Municipal
District and that the next meeting be on August 9th/67
commencing at 9.30 Z M and continuing throughout the day

Mr, A R Smith asked to be excused from the 0eeting at
