reply be sent stating that this District bargained in good
faith, no agr ement had been reached, the men applied for

5.Mr. Bob Edwards of Costello Equipment then met with
Council and butlined specifications, etc with regard to
the Allis Chalmers machine He further stated that they
are not able togive any trade -in allowance on the CW -10
scraper
Each of he salesmen referred to above left the
Council meeti g immediately following his discussion re-
garding the m chines that he had for sale
Council hen made full comparisons of the Cater-
pillar 933 loader and the Case 750 loader General re-
putation of tae various machines, trade -in allowance that
might be alloNred later, service,etc were all discussed.
Mr. Cliff Showers of Street Robbins Morrow was invited
back into the meeting and brought the following additional
information at Council4s request in regard to the Cater-
pillar 933 crawler loader - a written warranty will be
given for 6 months or 1,000 hours Price of the same
machine with a gas starting motor and no trade is $17,500
and it is available now. He further stated that additional
$770 discount would be given for the same machine with
direct start which would reduce the cash price from $18,070
as first quot d to $17,300 but there would be about a 5
