The Council meeting that had adjourned from Feb 13
967 was reconvened at the Municipal office, Three Hills

Ottawa, was read in regard to the Sales Tax on trucks and
it was noted t1iat this was not conclusive in that it re-
ferred to depr ciation on values of the trucks being traded
in but did not state how this was being determined. The

Mr P001E moved that Council approve payment of $15 00 hall
rent to the TIree Hills Community Centre in regard to the rent re

Mr Loos ore moved that P F.R.A. be asked to investigate
and report regarding the possibility of a dam or dams
on the Three Fills Creek for storage of water In times of I/
high flood so that same will be available for drier times
downstream Carried
Mr Ted aquette, foreman, had advised Council that
we have an old set of D7 rails which are of no use to us
and that Mr Mel Luepke of Industrial & Road Equipment
stated that they were interested in the purchase He
had suggested a price of approximately $150 00 Mr Peters
moved that Council authorize the sale of the said rails
to Industrial & Road Equipment at $150 00 cash. Carried.
Wages,et , for the caretakers at the M D office were
then discusse , and it was particularly noted that there
is more work row than at the start of last year because
of the D A f cllitles,etc Mr Campbell moved that
Council authorize payment of $150 00 per month to Mr &
Mrs Chris We'gum for janitor services at the Municipal
office and that the Secretary- Treasurer be authorized to
get a contract for this as from January lst, 1967 Carried

date of February 14th was now read to Council in which
