Council and discussed their gravel crushing
Hazelton stated that they had crushed a total
yds with the bull crusher and also put through

Mr. Peters felt that if the results of a Weather Weather
Modificatior program could be anal-zed by the Math Mod
Department cf the University, an unbiased opinion ,ould
be given. Mr Brown stated that, in his conversation
with the Ho Mr. Patrick, he gathered that the Prov-
incial Gove nment were- willing to continue with their
Research Pr gram but could not put any money towards
such a prog am.
Mr Lo smore moved that Council recommend that Mir
Dan Peters contact the Penhold Research Centre to
gather information, study and report to Council.

locate a Hone Economist in Three Hills to serve this

Mr Lo smore moved that Council support this project
in principl and that each Councillor consider this matter ✓
and bring tack any recommendations as to someone qualified

A letter advising that the A.A.M D. general meeting A A M D
is to be held on March 31st, 1967 in the MacDonald Hotel meeting
Edmonton cormencing at 9 00 A M was read to Council. Mar.31st
Mr Sclanelke moved that no reservations be made for
the night prior to the meeting as Council will drive to

Mr Ralph Brown was absent during the afternoon to R Brown

if Council had any objection or restriction on the use barbed

Mr Church moved that Canadian National Railways be
advised that Counc'_1 has no objection to the use of
barbed wire on right -of -way fences. Carried.
A letter received by the Reeve, Mr R W Brown, from no

This stated that due to circumstances beyond their control report
an inspection of this Districts records could not be made 66

available for presentation to the electors at the annual
meeting, they suggested that this letter be read to the
