is reconvened in the Municipal office, Three Hills on Friday,

Mr. PeterE moved that the cooks for the road crews be
paid the minimLm rate per hour, but with a guaranteed
monthly rate o $300. per month, and that A R Sommerville &
Lorne Boese be also paid at the minimum rate per hour, but
with the guaranteed wage as set in previous Council meetings
(Carried
Mr Loosm re moved that Orval A McArthur, as gravel
checker, be pa -id $1 65 per hr. but no overtime, as from his L
start of work in 1966. Carried
Mr Campbell moved that Council approve of the following
hours during w ich the Municipal Office shall be kept open
for business
Each Monday to Friday - 8 30 A M. to 12 00 noon and
1 00 P.M to 5:00 P M
Each Saturday - 8 30 A M. to 12 00 noon
Exception to be made for all statutory holidays and

Mr Donal Dau, representative of the Three Hills School D.DAU
Division, was resent during the balance of the forenoon only.
Mr Church moved that the Secretary- Treasurer get prices PRICES
and further in ormation regarding fir bridge planking of RE
3 x 10 or 3 x 2 in fairly long lengths, with the following BRIDGE

A letter from the Provincial Director of Parks advised PARKS
that the Grants for Parks at Keiver's Lake and Tolman have GRANTS
been approved as per application Mr Peters moved that
this information be accepted and filed Carried.
Council TAas advised that the Provincial Pension Board PENSION
had refunded 128 50 to this District in respect to the RE
pension monieE of Harvey Hanson, but that this money should H HANSON
have been applied against the arrears in connection with
his earlier s i rvice. Mr. Poole moved that $2$.50 be paid
to the Pensio Fund to apply on the said arrears of Mr
Hanson Carred.
Mr. Browr reported that, due to car trouble, an official C.P.R
of the C.P.R. ad been unable to meet with him at the crossing CROSSING

From the a ove, it was estimated that 90,000 cu yds. of
oad gravel mig t be needed for 1966, and therefore an
ncrease of 350 cu.yds should be provided for which would

Capital expenditures were then further discussed with
he suggestions that provision be made for a Wagner snowplow
t about $4,000 and for buildings and insulation at about
16,000. The budget as originally presented showed a
unicipal .-mill rate of 17.7, but Council agreed that this
should be increased 1 mill in keeping with the above notes.
