C+7 14 N COUNCIL MEETING April 29, 1966 (cont4d from April 25/66) Page 18 The Council meeting that had adjourned from April 25/66 is reconvened in the Municipal office, Three Hills on Friday, >ril 29th, 1966 at 9,09 A M with all Councillors again °esent. Mr G.G King, Secretary- Treasurer, was present irouahout the m eting to record the minutes. Mr D C. Carried Mr Donal Dau, representative of the Three Hills School D.DAU Division, was resent during the balance of the forenoon only. A letter from the Provincial Director of Parks advised PARKS that the Grants for Parks at Keiver's Lake and Tolman have GRANTS been approved as per application Mr Peters moved that this information be accepted and filed Carried. Council TAas advised that the Provincial Pension Board PENSION had refunded 128 50 to this District in respect to the RE pension monieE of Harvey Hanson, but that this money should H HANSON have been applied against the arrears in connection with his earlier s i rvice. Mr. Poole moved that $2$.50 be paid to the Pensio Fund to apply on the said arrears of Mr Hanson Carred. Capital expenditures were then further discussed with he suggestions that provision be made for a Wagner snowplow t about $4,000 and for buildings and insulation at about 16,000. The budget as originally presented showed a unicipal .-mill rate of 17.7, but Council agreed that this should be increased 1 mill in keeping with the above notes.
