(Bradford) into 3 parcels as per Plan received from the Prov Flanning Director Carried. Ali application of Circle R Mntel Ltd was read tp MOTEL Counci in respect to adding 8 more motel units to its ADDITION existi g building. Mr Peters moved that a building permit be granted. Carried A report from Mr K. Taylor, of Canadian Western HUXLEY PUMPHOUSE Natura Gas Co., advised that repairs are needed to the gas he ter at the Huxley pumphouse. He stated that it needs new vent and should have a 100% shut -off Mr Po le moved that Bondar and Jopp, of Trochu, be notifi d by letter to make the said improvements. Carried Council was advised that recent tests of the 3/411 /'GRAVEL TESTS gravel at the Municipal it are ver good for the paving p project. Council was advised that the Local Authorities Board P B. I. HEARING will be holding a Hearing in respect to the existing tax exemptions of the Prairie Bible Institute, this Hearing is required under the Prov. Municipal Tax Exemption Act The Mar 30/66 letter from this office to the Board was read- this granted use of the office if large enough but asked further details It was agreed that some state tics re school population, etc , be obtained from the Prairie Bible Institute. Mr R 0. Keglowitsch, P Eng., met with Council KEGLOWITSCH and asked for a change in his Agreement insofar as PAYMENTS monthly payments are concerned. Discussion followed Mr C mpbell moved that the present agreement continue to en of March, 1966, that from April 1/66 he be paid 90% o his account each month, with adjustment at the end o the year in respect to the balance.
